EXERCISE

Exercise is the movement of the body in special ways to stimulate respiration or breathing. Exercise is a physical activity that is planned, structured and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning any part of the body used to improve health and maintain fitness. Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and welfare. It is performed for various reasons. It is the act of making the body muscles perform some activities

Reasons For Exercise

  • To aid growth
  • To improve strength
  • Preventing getting old quick
  • Developing muscles
  • Honing athletic skills
  • Weight loss
  • Maintenance or improving health
  • For enjoyment.

Types of exercise

  • Skipping
  • Running
  • Dancing
  • Walking
  • Jogging
  • House chores
  • Fetching water
  • Washing dishes
