Everyday – we must do exercise everyday In the morning – exercise is the best in the morning.

Uses of Exercise

  • It helps the whole body to keep fit and healthy
  • It increases the flowing of blood to the muscles
  • Exercise stimulates the appetite
  • Exercise aid digestion and prevent constipation.
