REST AND SLEEP II

Meaning of Sleep

Sleep is a deeper rest. When we sleep our eyes are closed and our mind and body are not active (at rest). Sleep is the natural resting state in which the body is not active, and the mind does not think.

When to Sleep

  • We sleep in the night
  • We can sleep during the day

When not to Sleep

  1. We must not sleep in the classroom
  2. We must not sleep in the church or mosque

Where to Sleep

  1. We sleep in the bedroom
  2. We sleep on a bed or mat
