Welcome to class.

Rest is an act of not involving in any muscular or physical activities. it is also a relief from work in order to relax. Sleep is a form of rest in which a person lies down and closes the eyes.

IMPORTANCE OF RESTING AND SLEEPING

  1. It makes one to be physically fit.
  2. It builds our body.
  3. It helps to regain strength.
  4. It makes us to perform our work.

WAYS TO REST AND SLEEP

  1. Sleep on the bed or mat.
  2. Watching films.
  3. Lying down.
  4. Reading book.
