Use of negative and positive tags correctly in sentences

Examples of positive question tag

1. You aren’t busy, are you?
2. He can’t drive, can he?
3. Ayo doesn’t work hard, does he?
4. They haven’t come yet, have they?

Examples of negative question tag

1. You are free, aren’t you?
2. George broke the glass, didn’t he?
3. Your sister cooks well, doesn’t she?
4. She can swim well, can’t she?
