DEFINTION:

Transportation is a general word for all the methods people use to move people, goods, and animals from one place to another.

MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION

There are three main means of transport. They are:

Land transport

Air transport

Water transport.

MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION ON LAND

These are means of movement of people and good from one place to another by land. Example are: car, train, bus, bicycle, motorcycle, truck, etc.
