A good citizen can be referred to any individual who is law-abiding and has respect for the constituted authorities in his country. How to be a good citizen

  1. A good citizen pays taxes, rates, levies, electricity bills etc promptly.
  2. A good citizen contributes to the development of his country and his immediate environment or community.
  3. A good citizen should be law-abiding should have respect for constituted authorities.
  4. A good citizen should maintain self-discipline obedience to the powers-that-be and avoid making a derogatory statement to constituted authorities.
  5. A good citizen should join voluntary organisations such as points B grade boy scout church youth etc to enhance the improvement of the society.
  6. Lagos citizens should take part in public enlightenment campaigns to eradicate illiteracy spread of communicable diseases drug peddling, armed robbery etc.
  7. You should avoid gossiping and spreading rumours.
  8. A good citizen should learn to express his grievances through dialogue and not through violent demonstration.
  9. A good citizen must go out to cast his vote during an election.
  10. A good citizen must shun membership of secret cults.
  11. a good citizen should avoid engaging in any trade or activity that would amount to economic support each of his country.

How to be a good student

  1. the student must commit himself or herself fully to school work studies games events and extracurricular activities.
  2. The student must obey all rules and regulations of the school
  3. The student must pay school fees as at when due if in a private school.
  4. The student must avoid membership of any cult group.
  5. A good student must avoid all forms of cheating examination malpractice stealing pilfering etc
  6. The students must engage in activities that will promote the well-being of other students such as joining gross like red cross girls Guild etc.
  7. The students must endeavour to be neat and tidy (both in the body and soul)
