SUBTOPIC: ¾ OF ANY GIVEN OBJECT
In the last lesson we learnt about half and quarter (½ and ¼). We learnt that ½ or half is one part of two equal parts. Also, ¼ or quarter is one part out of four equal parts.
Today in this lesson, we will look at three quarters (¾) which is 3 out of 4 parts.
So, if i have 8 oranges🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊. And i divide into four equal parts
🍊🍊 🍊🍊 🍊🍊 🍊🍊
1 2 3 4 (4 equal parts). 3 parts out of four (¾) will be 6 oranges.
