HADITH 14 OF AN – NAWAWI’S COLLECTION
TRANSLITERATION
An ibnmas’udRadhiyallahu ‘anhnyaala, qaalaRasulullaisallahualaihiwasallamlayahillu dam umriyinmuslimilla bi lhdaqthalahin, ath-thayyibuzaaniy, wanaffu bi naffiwataarikulidenihilmufaariquliljamaa’atipawahulbukhariwamuslim

TRANSLATION
On the authority of ibnMasud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said the messenger (peace and blessing be with him ) it is not legal (to soil) the blood of a Muslim except in one of these cases, the married person who commit adultery, a life for a life and one who forsake his religion and separate the community.

LESSON FROM THE HADITH
It teaches us the importance of the life of a Muslim
The hadith teaches us to stay away from zina( Adultery)
It teaches us to desist or not to engage in separating the Muslim community
It preaches against unjust killing
