This one is pretty obvious, Right?! Water is the source of life, and we need it to stay hydrated. Our bodies are about 60% water, and drinking clean water keeps us healthy and refreshed.

Water is a magical ingredient in the kitchen. We use it to cook pasta, rice, and vegetables, and it helps create soups, stews, and sauces. Water also helps fruits and veggies grow on farms.
