God the Helper
“God the Helper” teaches us that God is always there to help us in every situation, just like a best friend or a loving parent.
What Does “God the Helper” Mean?
It means that God cares for us and helps us with everything we need, from the air we breathe to the love we feel in our hearts.
Stories of God the Helper
– Creation: God made the whole world and everything in it, including us!
– Manna from Heaven: When the Israelites were hungry in the desert, God sent them food from the sky¹.
– Water from the Rock: God provided water for the Israelites when they were thirsty by making it flow out of a rock.
– Feeding the 5,000: Jesus showed God’s power by feeding thousands of people with just five loaves of bread and two fish.
Why Does God Help Us?
– Because He loves us.
– Because He wants us to be happy and healthy.
– Because He is good and caring.
How Can We Respond to God’s Help?
– By saying “Thank you” to God in our prayers.
– By helping others, just like God helps us.
– By being kind and grateful every day.
God is our helper in every way. We can always count on Him to be there for us, no matter what we need.
