HEAT
Heat is a form energy which transmits from one place to another or body to another which is as a result of temperature.
Objects can store heat because the atoms and molecules inside them are moving around and bumping into one another like people in a crowd. This idea is called the kinetic theory of matter, because it describes heat as a kind of kinetic energy the energy things have because they’re moving stored by the atoms and molecules from which materials are made.
Heat transfer is when heat energy flows from the object of higher temperature to an object with a lower temperature. It will never do the reverse. Heat energy can be transferred by the following methods:
- Conduction
- Convection
- Radiation
