Welcome to class.
Science defines time as the progression of events from the past to the present and into the future.
Time is measured in second. It consists of second, minute and hour just like a wall clock. Also AM and PM.
AM is Ante meridiem, which means before noon. While PM is Post meridiem which means after noon.
The Clock
The clock has three (3) hands and they are for seconds, minutes and hours.
The fast rolling hand is for the seconds, then after the minutes and then the hours which seems to be the shortest hand.
- There are 60 seconds in every minute
- 60 minutes in every hour and
- 24 hours makes a day.
