Basic Skills in Basketball – Dribbling

What is Dribbling?

Dribbling

Dribbling is like making the basketball bounce while you walk or run. It’s like giving the ball a gentle, rhythmic hug with your hands.

How to Dribble:

Use your fingertips: Dribble with your fingertips, not your palm. Imagine you’re tickling the ball.

Keep it low: Try to bounce the ball close to the ground, so it doesn’t bounce too high.

How to dribble

Steady and soft: Dribble softly to keep control. It’s like making music with the ball!

Practice Time:

Let’s practice dribbling! Take the ball and walk around while dribbling. Remember to use your fingertips gently.
