Little ones your age need around 10-12 hours of sleep each night. That’s like a long sleepover with your dreams!
- Getting Ready for Sleep:
We can make bedtime special by having a bedtime routine. It’s like a special magic spell that helps us sleep well.
When we sleep, we have dreams. Dreams are like our own private movies. They can be fun adventures!
Getting good rest and sleep is like having a superhero’s secret power. It keeps us strong and happy!
