ORDERING AND WRITING NUMBERS 1 – 5 AND 5 – 1
When numbers are arranged from smallest to biggest, they are said to be ordered in ascending order; and if they are arranged from biggest to the smallest, they are said to be in descending order.
ACTIVITY
- Write 3, 5, 2, 1, 4 in ascending order
Answer: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Write 3, 5, 2, 1, 4 in descending order
Answer: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
