Rest is an act of not involving in any muscular or physical activities. it is also a relief from work in order to relax. Sleep is a form of rest in which a person lies down and closes the eyes.

- It makes one to be physically fit.
- It builds our body.
- It helps to regain strength.
- It makes us to perform our work.
WAYS TO REST AND SLEEP
- Sleep on the bed or mat.
- Watching films.
- Lying down.
- Reading book.
