Good Posture

Welcome to class.

Good posture is training the body to stand, walk, sit and lye in position to support our muscles. It is also the position in which we hold our body upright while standing, sitting or lying down.


  1. It helps to reduce stress on the joint.
  2. It prevent the spine from abnormal position.
  3. It allows the body to use less energy.
  4. It prevent backache and muscular pain.
  5. It contributes to our good appearance.


  1. Be mindful of how we sit, stand and lie down.
  2. Exercise the body regularly.
  3. Take brief walk around the home.
