Maintaining Personal Health

Welcome to class.

In order to maintain personal health, the following rules must be followed:

  1. Washing and cleaning of various parts of the body
  2. Wearing clean clothes
  3. Maintaining good posture e.g sitting, bending, walking, and standing
  4. Keeping oneself from accident
  5. Protecting oneself from disease
  6. Exercising and taking fresh air always
  7. Drinking clean water and eating good food always
  8. Working hand and playing well
  9. Living in a clean house with clean surrounding
  10. Having sufficient rest and sleeping well at night
  11. Reporting falls, cuts, bruises, wounds or fractures to parents or teachers
