Welcome to class.

We use our hands to do so many things amongst which are:

1. To write
2. To do some works
3. To eat

FEET:

We use our feet to:

1. Walk or move around
2. Run a far distance
3. Stand as the situation demand

CARE OF THE HANDS AND FEET

1. we must wash our hands clean with soap and water
2. dry our hands and feet with a clean towel
3. apply cream or oil
4. avoid washing legs with dirty water
5. we must wash our hands after using the toilet
6. wash your hands before and after eating
7. keep your hands clean always
8. we must put on our shoes when the ground is wet or cold
