Welcome to class.

Eating habit refers to why and how people eat, which food they eat and with whom they eat. It is also the way people obtain, store, use and discard food.

 TYPES OF EATING HABIT

  1. Fuel eating habit: is eating to provide nutrition to our bodies
  2. Fog eating habit: is when a person eats and is not conscious of the food.
  3. Joy eating habit: is eating food simply because it tastes good
  4. Storm eating habit: is eating when you are not hungry
