At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

• identify common uses of plants
• mention at least 3 uses of plants

Plants are useful to us in so many ways:

1. They serve as food                                                         They beautify our surroundings

3. They give us shelter against the sun                   4. To make furniture (chairs, table etc.

5.  Some plants are used for medicine                                            6. As homes for animals
6. Plants gives us oxygen.
