Importance of right attitude to work

  1. A good relationship will be established towards work and colleagues.
  2. Workers find joy in doing their jobs and find it much easier in achieving target goals.
  3. It enhances career development and growth in society.
  4. It makes it easier to communicate and get along in the workplace.
  5. Good relationship among employees build teamwork, teamwork helps to achieve common objectives and help each other to grow.
  6. Having a positive attitude to work helps decision making, as decisions taken are done without sentiments.

Consequences of not having the right attitude

  1. Negative attitude to work brings about low productivity and low profitability.
  2. Workers have little or no zeal to work, they feel they are being treated unjustly and unfairly by the management.
  3. Workers feel unhappy, depressed and stressed all the time.
  4. Constant warnings are given by the management, which eventually leads to dismissal.
  5. There would be a bad perception of the individual/worker, and no recommendation will be given for another job.
  6. It brings about less or no productivity.
  7. It brings anxiety to the worker because he feels is in danger.
  8. The worker feels overwork and unfair treatment from the management
  9. The worker feels unhappy and become depress.
  10. The worker no longer feels the environment he/ she is working.
