Welcome to class.
Value is the regard that something is held important or useful. It is also denotes the degree of importance of something with the aim of determining what action are best. Values are standard or ideas with which we evaluate action, people, things or situation.
Maintenance is the process of preserving a condition or situation or the state of being preserved.
TYPES OF VALUE
- Personal value: This is value regarded for people such as family, friends and relatives.
- Moral value: is the value that helps determine what is morally right or wrong.
- Aesthetic value: is value that is regarded for artwork or beauty.
IMPORTANCE OF VALUE AND MAINTENANCE
- It makes us to regard things
- It helps to determine what is right and wrong
- It helps to appreciate the work of art
- It brings respect
