Welcome to class!
In today’s class, we will be talking about disobedience. Enjoy the class!
Disobedience
Disobedience can be defined as not respecting or obeying your parent, pastor, adult in general, and God. It is also a failure or refusal to obey rules and regulations or someone in authority.
Disobedience is very bad; it is a failure to carry out the will of God. Children are to obey and honour their parents. It is in the book of Eph 6:1-3. Children obey your parent this is the right thing to do because God has placed them in authority over you.
Honour your father and mother, this is the first of God’s commandment that ends with a promise for your days to belong.
Examples of those who disobey God
- Adam and Eve: God created Adam and Eve, put them in the garden of Eden. God commanded them not to eat the fruit of the good and evil but the serpent deceived them and they ate it. God drove them out of the garden.
