Information Technology
Importantly, Information Technology (IT) is the use of any computers, storage, networking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure and exchange all forms of electronic data.
Information technology involves the study and application of computers and any type of telecommunications that store, retrieve, study, transmit, manipulate data and send information. Information technology involves a combination of hardware and software that is used to perform the essential tasks that people need and use on an everyday basis.
