Our Physical Environment

Our Physical Environment

An environment is everything that surrounds us. It includes all the things we can see, like houses, animals, plants, and rivers, as well as things we can’t see, like the air we breathe.

Features of Our Environment

– Land: This is where we live, play, and build our homes. On land, we can find trees, grass, and animals.

– Water: This includes rivers, lakes, and oceans. Water is home to many creatures like fish, crabs, and even crocodiles!

– Sky: When we look up, we see the sky. During the day, we can see the sun, and at night, we can see the moon and stars.

Things in Our Immediate Environment

Our Physical Environment

– People: Like our teachers, family members, and friends.

– Animals: Such as goats, cows, and birds that may live around us.

– Buildings: Our schools, hospitals, and places of worship.

– Vehicles: Cars, motorcycles, and bicycles help us travel from one place to another.

– Nature: Trees, crops, and grasses are part of nature and help clean the air.

 Fun Facts

– The environment can be natural like forests and rivers, or made by humans like roads and buildings.

– We need to take care of our environment because it takes care of us by giving us food, water, and air.

Remember, our environment is precious, and it’s up to us to keep it clean and safe for everyone. Now, let’s draw and color a picture of our environment to show its beauty!

We have come to the end of today’s class. I hope you enjoyed the class!
