Welcome to class, I hope you enjoyed the last class. Today we will be talking about right people to administer drugs. Follow me closely and you will understand what we are about to talk about.
It is not proper for one to take drugs by oneself. When one is ill or not feeling well, one should report to the following people.
- Your parents
- Your guardian
- Your teacher
- Nurses
- Doctors
- Any other trusted adult around
They will examine you and know the type of drugs to give to you.
Methods of Taking Drugs
There are many ways by which one can take drugs to make us feel well. It is the doctor or nurse who will advise us on the way to use the drugs. These ways are:
- Swallowing
- Drinking
- Injecting
- Inhaling
