The roles of members of community are the responsibilities and contributions that each person has to make the community a better place. Different members of the community have different roles depending on their age, occupation, skills, and interests. Here are some examples of roles of members of community for primary school pupils:

Parents and guardians: They are the ones who take care of the children, provide them with food, shelter, clothing, education, and love. They also teach them good values, manners, and habits. They support their children’s learning and development at home and at school.

Roles of Members of Community 

Teachers and school staff: They are the ones who educate the children, help them learn new things, and develop their skills and talents. They also guide them, motivate them, and discipline them. They create a safe and positive learning environment for the children at school.

Pupils: They are the ones who attend school, study hard, and do their homework. They also participate in class activities, follow school rules, and respect their teachers and classmates. They cooperate with each other, help each other, and make friends. They also join clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities that interest them.

Community leaders: They are the ones who lead and represent the community, such as the local government officials, the traditional rulers, the religious leaders, the elders, etc. They make decisions, solve problems, and address the needs and issues of the community. They also organize and support community events, projects, and programs.

Law enforcement: They are the ones who protect and serve the community, such as the police, the army, the traffic officers, etc. They enforce the laws, maintain order, and prevent crimes. They also help the people in emergencies, accidents, and disasters.

Health workers: They are the ones who care for the health and well-being of the community, such as the doctors, the nurses, the pharmacists, the dentists, etc. They diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases and injuries. They also provide health education, advice, and services to the people.

Other workers: They are the ones who provide various goods and services to the community, such as the farmers, the traders, the artisans, the drivers, the cleaners, etc. They produce, sell, and deliver the things that the people need and want. They also keep the community clean, beautiful, and functional.
