Christ at work in our homes.
Jesus wants us to invite Him to our homes so that He can bless our homes and help us lift all our burdens. Any home that Jesus enters always have testimony about His visit.
Evidence of Christ presence in the homes He visited.
Zacchaeus. Luke 19: 5-10.
Zacchaeus was a tax collector of the city of Jericho and learned that Jesus the prophet was passing through the city. Since Zacchaeus was short in stature, he ran ahead of the crowd and climb up into a Sycamore tree to have a better view of Jesus. When Jesus arrived, he saw him on the tree and said to him: “Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for I must stay at your house today”
Zacchaeus was very joyful, but the crowd grumbled that Jesus was making friend with a sinner.
After arriving at Zacchaeus house, he said to Jesus that he will give half of his goods to the poor and return in fourfold to those he has cheated.
Jesus then said to him that salvation has entered his house: “For the son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost”
Jesus enters Peter’s home and heals his mother in law. Mark 1:19-32.
Jesus went with Peter to His home. The mother –in –law of Peter was very sick. She was suffering from fever. She could not get up to prepare food for them to eat.
Jesus was very sorry for Peter’s mother-in –law. He used the power of God to heal her. She was now happy. She thanked Jesus for making her well again.
She now went to the kitchen and prepared food for Peter and Jesus.
They ate the food, and they were happy.
Preparation for Christ’s visit.
In Revelation 3:20, the Bible says:
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.”
Jesus wants all of us to invite Him into our homes so that He will eat with us and bless us.
Are you preparing for Christ visit? As children of God we should be ready for Jesus visit.

- God wants us to bring Jesus into our homes to heal the sick.
