Handwashing: One of the most crucial habits is washing our hands with soap and water. We should do it before eating, after using the restroom, and when our hands are dirty.
Brushing Teeth: Brush your teeth at least twice a day to keep them strong and prevent cavities. Don’t forget to use fluoride toothpaste!
Bathing: Taking a bath or shower helps us stay clean and fresh. Use soap and water to wash your body, and shampoo for your hair.
Clean Clothes: Wearing clean clothes every day is important. Dirty clothes can carry germs and bad smells.
Nail Care: Keep your nails clean and trim them regularly. This prevents dirt and germs from getting trapped under your nails.
Hair Care: Brush your hair to keep it neat and clean. If it’s long, tie it back when you’re eating to prevent hair from falling into your food.
Healthy Eating: Eating fruits, vegetables, and balanced meals helps our bodies grow strong and stay healthy.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. It’s good for your skin, digestion, and overall health.
Sleep: Make sure you get enough sleep. A good night’s sleep helps your body and mind rest and recharge.
Exercise: Being active and playing games is fun and keeps your body strong and fit.
Mind Your Coughs and Sneezes: Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when you cough or sneeze to prevent spreading germs.
