We have learnt that farm tools can be grouped crop farm tools and animal farm tools. Crop farm tools are used in farms and gardens to grow crops while animal farm tools are used to grow lives stocks.

Today we will focus on the description of these farm tools.

  1. Cutlass: it has a short wooden handle and flat blade.
  2. Axe: it has a short heavy metal head with a sharp edge and a long wooden or metal handle.
  3. Garden fork: it has a four-pronged metal fork With a short wooden handle.
  4. Seed trays: it has a shallow rectangular Containers made of wood or metal,
  5. Cocoa sickles: bagging hook or reaping-hook is a single-handed agricultural tool designed with variously curved blades.
  6. Shears: A shear is a cutting implement that looks like a long pair of scissors
  7. Garden fork: is a gardening implement, with a handle and several (usually four) short, sturdy tines.
  8. Wheelbarrow: A wheelbarrow is a small hand-propelled vehicle, usually with just one wheel.
  9. Watering can: A watering can (or watering pot) is a portable container, usually with a handle and a funnel.
  10. Watering hose: Watering hose or garden hose is a flexible tube used to convey water.
