Meaning of Drug Abuse
Drug Abuse is simply defined as the use of drugs and other substance without the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. The World Health Organization (WHO) defined drug abuse as a persistent or sporadic excessive drug use in consistent with or unrelated to acceptable medical practice.
