In today’s English class, we will be reading a comprehension passage
Let’s open our Comprehensive English Primary Schools Book 6, by C.A Okedera et al.
Democratic or Military Rule
The passage is focused on the differences between having a leader in the military and otherwise. There are two different people portrayed. One is a man in a military uniform, and the other is a man in a civilian outfit.
Their titles are different, as one is called by his military title – a major, while the other is addressed as His Excellency.
In today’s class, we can see how the people are governed or led by their leaders in different situations.
